1. How can I be sure the part will fit my bulldozer?
The parts we produced for dozer undercarriage are based on the drawings same as berco. Let us know the model number or the original part number, we can send you drawings accordingly to check before the production. Or you can also provide us with the assembling sizes, we'll help to confirm with you.
2. Can you help the customers develop new components?
Sure thing. Our product and technical department is specialized in developing new products for customers. Just share your drawings, dimensions or real samples for our reference. We'll be happy to discuss with you further.
3. what is your packaging? How do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Goods are packed with export standard pallets and shrink wrap normally. If you have extra packing requirements, just share your ideas with us.
4.What is the time frame of goods production?
If models you inquired are in stock, it can be shipped out within 5-7 days. If production is required, normally it will take 30-35 days. Production time will also depend on the items and order quantities and other extra requirements.
5. what is your terms of delivery?
Normally, EXW, FOB, DDU, CIF are accepted. Extra requirement can be negotiated.
6. How long is your product’s Warranty?
Warranty time for bulldozer undercarriage parts like rollers, idlers, segment groups:
under normal use condition, 1800 hours or 9 months (depending on which expire first) after goods are received.
Warranty time for track chain:
under normal use condition,2000 hours or 12 months (depending on which expire first) after goods are received.
7. Do you provide warranty service?
Yes, we do. If you have any problems, tell us your feedback, we will definitely deal with that.
